Mike Testa - State Farm Insurance Agent

We love having Mike Testa. Heather at the office is very friendly,they all are but we always go through heather. She is extremely helpful and kind. She helped us out after we just had our first accident, and she walked us through it. I highly recommend it to anyone looking into insurance. They are decent price too!

I must start this by saying I don't think Mike Testa State Farm agency would have been my first choice in insurance and let me explain... I live in Canaan NH and work in Lebanon NH so a Laconia agency to me is just not on my radar to go in the other direction from where I live and work. It was my brother and sister in law that uses Mike Testa agency and I was on their policy and when I finally split to my own policy I kept the agency because I and my brother are so incredibly happy with their service. To say they they go above and beyond is an understatement. We have had a couple of things from hitting a deer with my old car to breaking off the policy adding a new teen driver and his own car to a bunch of complex situations in the auto insurance debacle. I have had to call with dumb questions more than once and each and every time their staff is friendly and most helpful and not only that but if they have to get back to me on something they are timely. I never have to call back and be" did you forget about me?" I just recommended this agency to a co-worker and as soon as he gets 2 seconds he will be hitting them up for a quote because I have found that they do have the best rates. Awesome job Mike Testa and State Farm. You have one happy customer :-)

I love working with Lauren at this office. She is awesome. I recommend this office to everyone! They are absolutely wonderful.

wanted to check out new insurance for both my cars and home, after a less than good experience with another company was refered to alysa at state farm, after talking to alysa, she worked wonders, low and behold new car and home insurance, can't say enough good about her, also have spoken to justine at laconia office,, again all good here, keep up great work, will refrer whenever i can!!!

They're extremely helpful, have excellent service and a professional environment. The rates are awesome and the deals are even better. I am vey satisfied with State Farm and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and reputable insurance agency!
