Mikes Heavy Duty Towing

This business is a joke. Scheduled a tow called them to confirm and was told they were not going to be there for another 2 hours after originally scheduled. Who does that? Mikes Towing. My advice call another company. There's a reason why they have low ratings. AVOID AT ALL COST!

I called him because my car broke down at home depot when he came before I even said anything he says $120 and I said OK I need to take my car out of home depot and parking in the street he told me naw we not doing that with an attitude so I told him to forget about and got me another tow truck

Lady answering the phone had the equivalent customer service skills of the incoming nurse at Rikers Island. The tow truck driver was outstanding. Nice guy very professional. They would have gotten 5 stars if it weren't for the nasty monster answering the phones!!!

Best company for heavy duty towing! what other companies can’t handle mike’s will. Highly recommend them use them many times and they treat you like family !!!
