Milestone Property Management

I have lived here for 6 months. The apartment is cozy clean maintenance comes quickly and fixes the problem right the first time. I haven’t needed them often. The manager and her assistant are outstanding.

Apartment itself was nice, management is not, took them 3 months to give me part of my deposit back after they took most of it when I moved out because of all the "work" they said it took to make it ready for the next tenant when there was no damage to begin with and I had spent days deep cleaning, even spots in the apartment that never got used for anything because I wanted to make it easier on whoever was going to get it ready since I enjoyed my time there but seems as it was a waste and I should have just left it as is. I would avoid moving here unless there is no other option.

Amazing experience living here! Nita in the office, and Ron the maintenance man were very professional and polite. Local neighbors, above and right across were great as well. Highly recommend, great community to live in.

Wonderful Apartments & the manager is great! Good location for my needs also. I have had a great experience here with very professional property management. I highly recommend Jefferson Place Apartments in Woodland Wa.

Thank you Nita for the smooth processed. I am thankful that I chose Erica to be my first apartment. Too bad, Nita is leaving soon .Hopefully the next manager is going to be like her because she was a blessing to be our Manager.

Extremely smooth process from beginning to end. Nita was on top of things and was great communicating! I struggles when looking for a place do to having poor communication responses from property managers. Totally not the case with this property and Nita.

Prices and quality. The quality in parking, amenities, communication, and property up keep is sub-par. The prices are dressed up with extra fees and wherever the middlemen can scalp their earnings. And the quality for said prices is where the angst for this review comes from. Little of this has to do with the property managers, but more so with the owners

The biggest problem I had there was theft. My truck was broken into and over 1000.00 of tools were stolen, after fixing the broken window it added up to 1315.00. I had a whole load of laundry stolen that included expensive Oregon duck shirts and hoodies.

I have a stove and oven that does not work. I asked it to be replaced over a month ago. Now I have to change the holiday plans. If you do not take care of this I will find one that’s works

BEWARE! doNot get involved with this rental company. The toxicity travels all the way from their H.Rwhat a joke she is in h.r Wilma. I would put in work orders that would be canceled by soo baek the property manager without being fixed. I was being charged for no rental agreement but charged a inconsistent fee of 130- 230. I have proof of Everthing in stating. It has been a nightmare. My car was stolen right in front of my managers apartment, when the cops came to take my statement The wife of the apartment manager came out and kept talking with the officer and after about 40 min I finally asked if the officer had put my report in. Very frustrated I just said well sitting here flirting isn't going to get my stolen car reported. I even have been asking lawyers questions and because of that, the apartment manager wrote me a text saying WILMA WOULDN'T ALLOW HIM TO TALK TO ME. I never hired just talked.
