I checked this place out based on a recommendation. While it’s a small indoor dining area; it’s comfy and welcoming with a friendly staff. I enjoyed it so must I ended up ordering two breakfasts Salmon Full and Avocado Toast . Check it out.Recommended dishesAvocado, Granola Yogurt & Fruit, Blueberry Waffles, Avocado Toast
Yum! Great spot for breakfast/brunch. Really loved the mushroom toast, perfectly cooked and super tasty
I got the waffle, great for under 10$. The waffle was crispy, the dollop of marscapone was rich and a good size, and the berries complimented so well.
Warm pleasant atmosphere, the toast was missing something to be delicious maybe better bread or some goat or cheese spread the hearty bowl was perfect.
Not to be confused with the pastry place! Always a good place for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. I pop in for a quick coffee or tea on the go or sometimes just sit and hang out for full service. The food options are tasty and not greasy. It's a small space, but it doesn't feel cramped. Service is always friendly and the atmosphere is laid back.
Yummy! I had scrambled eggs, avocado and smoked salmon on a slice of brioche. It was very tasty! I also had a small coffee. That order was 22 bucks! Yikes! However, I realize that we are all trying to recover from this pandemic, I'm HAPPY to pay and tip. CHEERS!
Friendly service and perfectly poached eggs! A little tough cutting through the ham with a plastic knife in a waxy to-go box... I’ll remember to byo-silverware next time! Tasty nonetheless. Will be back for future eggy cravings!
Love this spot especially after my early morning coOp shift up the street. I like the cheddar biscuit with cheddar not Swiss lol and bacon. Pricey situation with a drip blend, but it’s hearty and worth it. Sitting in is nice and it’s a very familiar, regulars - always vibe. The baristas are warm and easy going which lends to a lovely feeling so early in the AM!
Around 830am, I came in to get a quick coffee, but foolishly held the door for an elderly couple who took their sweet time ordering separately. The barista saw and could feel that I was in a hurry and politely explained he was going to make their drinks first. That's appreciated, but I should have taken that as a signal that it's going to take too long to get my coffee. I should have walked out and found a quicker option. The coffee was dynamite, btw, but not worth the price and wait time. It's not Milk Bar's fault. It was mine. TLDR: Don't come to milk bar for anything quick, including a beverage.
Place with a good vibe for a morning brunch or coffee. Not so loud, but at the same time, it is good for meeting friends or going by your own. I got a coffee and the vegetable sandwich. The coffee was better
