I'm surprised to see that someone posted the staff is friendly and helpful. The store has a wonderful, varied selection of cheeses, pates, and condiments. I am not a connoisseur of any of it, and so appreciate guidance and a bit of education in making what is a fairly expensive purchase. When I explained that to the person waiting on me, her response was, "Well, what do you want?". I did not find them at all helpful. Great place to go if you know what you are looking for - don't expect any guidance from the staff. I found them perfunctory in the execution of their duties. Friendly is the last descriptor I would use.

First time there today! It was a great experience, everything was clean and displayed nicely. James helped me with my purchase, and everyone enjoyed and complimented the quality.
