I had my Pelvic ultrasound at this location!! The front desk n technician were very polite n supportive to my needs. The technician kept me ease. Will recommend this location to my friends n family.
All of the staff from front desk to technician are very polite, thorough and friendly. They assisted me with extra information and I am glad to have a nice facility close to home.
I recently had a mammogram done at this location. The technician, Pat, was so friendly and professional! She put me right at ease, and I felt comfortable during the procedure and she explained everything. Even walked me back to the office when the procedure was done. And everything was punctual and efficient!
Rude receptionist. Add to the bad attitude it’s Taken so long even though we were told to come 15 mins earlier. No empathy whatsoever.
receptionist and tech is rude. The location has no cell phone signs and they expect you to pre register. What sense does it make you can't be on your phone even in the room.
Lisa Ali the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and very unhelpful. I suggest a different person to work the front desk when the position is client facing and they have zero social skills or customer service ability. If you need to use this business, I suggest a different location.
My husband visited this place this morning, and his experience was very disappointing. He found the front desk ladyAnn or Anu to be extremely rude and unhelpful. It would be beneficial for the business to address this issue to improve customer satisfaction.
Today's experience at the MRI center was extremely distressing, and it involved issues of discrimination. I arrived at the center five minutes before my scheduled appointment time, only to find the front desk attendant engrossed in a phone call. I patiently waited for approximately 5 to 10 minutes before she eventually attended to me to collect my information. However, she subsequently consulted with her colleague,MRI technician Devon, who refused to proceed with my appointment, citing lateness as the reason. The front desk attendant attempted to persuade the doctor that it was her own delay due to being on the phone, but unfortunately, the doctor displayed a rude and uncooperative attitude, ultimately denying me the MRI. This ordeal forced me to endure a one and half hour wait at the center, and in the end, I had to return home without receiving the scheduled MRI.
