For nearly 40 years, Millennium Building Services has provided professional building maintenance services to the Greater Portland Metropolitan area.

Story

Established in 1972, MBS today provides building services for properties ranging from suburban business parks to downtown high-rise buildings in the Greater Portland Metropolitan area. We attribute our success to a safety conscious, well-trained staff that has consistently brought a proactive attitude and the latest technology to bear on every project. Daily janitorial services and total managed projects are staffed by more than 200 people and exceed six million square feet.

In addition to offering contract janitorial, carpet and window cleaning, floor care, and lighting and routine maintenance services, MBS offers one-hour emergency services ranging from skilled maintenance personnel to the best-equipped water damage restoration team in the metro area.

In our effort to deliver the highest standards in cleaning and make the world a greener place to live, work and enjoy, MBS utilizes green seal certified products, equipment and specialized employee training. Our green cleaning program promotes the importance and advantages of replacing traditional cleaning chemicals and equipment for more sustainable products and procedures.
