I did my taxes here for several years, but stopped when after filing my taxes in early February they ended up filing for an extension because they didn't have them done by April 15th, and only told me this a few days before the due date. Now two years later, I'm trying to get some information on them that's relevant to my current taxes, and they are saying they can't send me any information because I am no longer a client. Basically, a rule to cause issue's for past clients who find their services lacking. My advice, go somewhere else.
