Was my first time using them after they were recommended to me. Was greeted very kindly with smiles. They listened to full detail of how I wanted my fur baby groomed. I am very pleased with this place and would recommend them. Make sure that you have proper documents for your fur family.

Staff Very UN-attentive. Store kinda darkish? Gloomy? And I'm sorry I'd rather shop the small local shops, but the Prices we're always kinda high, but now their Not the only store in town, So. Better Step in Up.....   Especially with PetCo right across the street..   I'm Sorry but my Reviews & Opinions are True & Honest, I feel a Big part of life would be so much easier if we could rely on people's Honest Reviews ....

Love this little shop. They surprisingly have a lot of inventory and I love that they carry specialty foods like Fromm and Verus. They also have a reward program which is great and already got a coupon just for signing up!
