Millwood Cleaners is great for alterations! I had a dress hemmed with a rush request, since I needed it for vacation. The dress looks fantastic and the 2 associates that helped me were very pleasant, professional, and polite. Millwood is located in a small strip mall that is very convenient to my job and home and I especially appreciated them being open until 6:00pm during the week including Monday, which is really hard to find amongst tailors in this area. My dress was also ready a day before I was quoted. The price was a little more than I expected, but I don't know how to sew, I needed the job done quickly, the alterations were quality, and everything is expensive now!Service: Alterations

Grace and Kim are wonderful owners who greet me with smiles and and do absolutely outstanding cleaning and tailoring. Over five years, I've never been disappointed. This week, Grace tailored my 18th century men's jacket for a special colonial reenactment dinner in Alexandria. Beautiful work, as always. A bit pricey for me. I cleaned two 2 pc linen suits and they charged me $35. I see other reviews saying great prices, I’m sure they got a better deal than I.

Always friendly. I have going there more than eight years. Never had a missed or damaged item. I tried others but I am happy to go out of my way to go here. Definitely a five star!
