Milwaukee Repertory Theater

I tried out being a season ticket holder over the past year. When I initially purchased the season, I had no idea how many wonderful plays I was going to see. Yes, they told me the names and the content of the plays, but then to witness in awe, the talent and professionalism brought to the different stages of the Rep. I’m blown away by it. I always look forward to the next play because I know it’s going to be fantastic. They really know what they are doing. They have made the voices of many communities heard and they play an important role in bringing Milwaukee together. Hopefully you will try out the Rep and realize how amazing they are.

I'm a relatively new patron of the Rep, and I have been very pleasantly surprised. The casts are professional and talented. The shows are diverse and interesting--everything from gritty plays about racial tension to classic musical theater. There are no bad seats in the house, no matter which theater you are in. And you can bring your drinks into the show--and the drinks are good! Just make sure you get into line quickly.

Their sellection of theatrical presentations are beyond compare. Always a pleasant atmosphere. Prices are reasonable & parking is always available.

Productions are always well done and professional. Many productions are thought provoking and they sometimes will give you an opportunity to discuss ones that are contraversial with others in a moderated setting. Always well chosen productions. Grest use of sets and costumes. All three venues are highly recommended.

What a great addition to the city. Live theatre made easy. Little pricey but willing to pay to support the arts. Just got season tix for 2nd straight year.
