They have good products and friendly staff when we went there to visit. Then we were told that a senior designer will contact us to schedule something. Never received the call for 4 days until I called back. Then I was told they would need to charge us $1000 to come out and see the space to do a measurement and figure out the design. I understand that it costs money to do to drive up and takes time to do the initial approach, but this business model doesn't makes sense at all when I'm not married to their products yet, nor did I know the rough price of the project I wanna work on. I insisted on obtaining a per sqft price range at least for the selected cabinets only so that I can get even an idea of how much we would be looking at financially. $10,000 vs. $50,000 are a big difference. But the answer was negative. So I assume this place just want you to pay a high enough money first, so that you would feel obligated to go to someone else since you've already made financial commitment.
