Delivered on time for my cousin's funeral. The casket spray was so beautiful. This is the arrangement that we chose from the order book. What we received was even more beautiful than the one pictured in the book. Ms. Ruth does great work. Other reviews comment on the delivery problems and unreliability. Thank GOD that our delivery was on time. If your looking for great quality work and absolutely need these items on time then you may want to schedule to pick your oder up. It's worth paying for a fraction of the cost for great quality work.

My family and I planned my brother’s home going service and remembered everything except the flowers. We called around to multiple florists at 3pm in the afternoon with the services being held the next morning. They either did not answer or said they could not make the next day 9am delivery. We finally called Minnesota Ave Florist and spoke to Cheryl who was wonderful. She took our order based on the colors we wanted and guaranteed the flowers would be delivered. The flowers came the next day as promised and they looked even better than we could have expected.

I am disappointed with the service provided and am inclined to give a 1-star rating. Although the staff was courteous, we requested a Bell for my mother's funeral service, and they confirmed their ability to provide it. However, when the flowers arrived at the church, it was evident that the staff lacked the necessary expertise, and the arrangements appeared rushed. Additionally, the person assigned to pick up the flowers encountered an injury due to the failure to remove the securing mechanism. The foam on the side was exposed, and a simple row of flowers or ribbon would have sufficed to cover it up. The Bell, which was a significant aspect of our expectations, was a major disappointment as it resembled a guitar.

I had a great experience on a walk-in, looking for spur-of-the-moment flowers for my wife. Everyone was so sweet, put together a lovely arrangement in just 10 minutes, and had the most reasonable prices. On top of everything they gave my daughter a rainbow rose!

I am disabled. Today is Valentines day. I literally live three blocks away from this business. I paid two days in advanced for flowers for my fiance. This shop still didn't deliver. It's 20 minutes before midnight.

Good old fashioned family florist shop that had quick turn around time. I went here late in the afternoon looking for a get well bouquet for an elderly friend having surgery. Mrs. Ruby and Mrs. Cheryl were very welcoming and had the flowers ready by noon the next day.Competitive pricing and beautiful work. This is definitely a place that you can grab an arrangement from for all occasions.

If I could give a no star rating I would. Besides the flowers being delivered at 9:55 p.m. when my husband was told that they would arrive before noon for our anniversary the flowers look wilted after 3 days and not a full 72 hours since being delivered. My husband called several times throughout the day and was told that they were out for delivery. No wonder they're wilted. I've called to see if a refund or new arrangement can be sent but no one answers the phone. Don't spend your money here!

I called this florist on Thursday evening 12-16-21, after getting the funeral service church address for the following morning! I’m offering a three 3 star review because they did in fact deliver the flowers and our loved one received them. The real reason for the three stars is based on the final floral arrangement. I’ll post pictures and let you all decide if this was a $130 arrangement!! I think this was purchased at a local Harris Tetter and dropped off at the church, LOL. At the end of the day, I’m guessing it was the thought…haha. Whew! I’ve sent flowers for less and the design, the attention to detail was stunning of course, at the hands of another florist!!! Won’t call this florist again. Based on my conversation with the elder who answered, I don’t think they read these reviews and it’s obvious they don’t care!! I’m just saying…but where else could I have vented? I don’t even reside in the DC METRO area, but I needed flowers sent at the last minute. Ok, blessings to all on sending flowers.

I'm very pleased that I was able to reach this store for a same day rush order and it turned out just beautiful! I called when the clock hit 8am and they took my order and delivered by 10am. I am forever grateful for the service provided. Due to the lack of follow up communication and abruptness on the phone, I can't rate them any higher.

I absolutely love this place!! My go to place for flowers for years. The owner is so accommodating and I think they're open 7 days a week. Never had a complaint or any issues ever. Deliveries always made when I requested within the time frame. Flowers are fresh and will last a while. The aroma from a rose arrangement will fill a banquet hall for days.
