Mint Dental and Orthodontics

So I took my sons and it’s been really hard to find a place that was taking our sons insurance and other issues with another place kept canceling our appointments. Well this hidden Mint dentistry place, we found out from a colleague. I told them we have our sons that need to be seen. The staff where so helpful and very accommodating to our schedule and needs. Michelle and Wendy at the front desk greeted us and helped scheduling our appointments. Well first I called of course to see if they could see our kiddos. Then I met Christi and let her know we have a group of kiddos also that need some cleaning and fillings. Dr. Lo was super amazing and caring to the kids. Dr. Lo kept checking in on our kiddos to make sure they are comfortable as possible and kept you in the loop of treatment needed and all the assistants that helped Thru our process Carla, Jessica, Irene and Alline thank you so much for helping our kiddos also. Our kiddos felt very comfortable with Dr. Lo and the staff. Cleanliness and organization was so spot on. Highly recommend Mint dental.

Best service, great staffCarla, Wendy, and Michelle each asked the right questions and were very informative about what we went in for, which was an emergency tooth ache. Each of them were very understanding with my daughter and patient with her as well. Highly recommend your child to go here as well if you like to see them taken care of and actually listened to about what’s happening with them! Also they’re great at keeping you as a parent updated each step of the way!

My children have been patients at Mint Dental since I’ve moved to Vegas about 5 years. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. My kids are always comfortable coming here and they like the entertainment provided while they wait. Every time I come there is never a long wait and the doctors and staff take their time and are very attentive. Even tho I have moved way across town I still travel here because they provide a great experience every time.

HANDS DOWN BEST DENTIST EVER! My son was with another practice for many years and I couldn’t get him in to get a tooth pulled and Mint Dental was able to get him right in and get my sons tooth pulled! The staff is also working through their lunch including Dr Lo. My son has been in pain for the last 48 hours. I highly recommend this dentist office. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Who likes going to the dentist?!?!? My son now has ZERO fear of going to the dentist and that’s all the thanks to Mint Dental staff Dr. Lo, Practice manager Christi Cooper, Wendy, Michelle, Irene and Jessica! Jessica is the most sweetest and comforting dental assistant! Mahalo again everyone!

My son had his first dentist appointment today. He was a bit scared but they all did great job to make him feel very comfortable . Especially the nurse who is also a grandma of a 4 yr old. I would like to thank Christi the office manager. She is truly the gem of this office ! I had trouble with my insurance and she went through the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. Thank you Mint Dental !!

The assistant, to the Dr. Bibiana to the office manager Christi were absolutely amazing. I have taken my daughter to a few offices and this is by far the best. My daughter needs general anesthesia which can be unsettling for parents and they made me feel a whole lot better. I am so happy I found them, and highly recommend.

Absolutely recommend this office a hundred times over. The office manager Christi went above and beyond to make sure that my child was taken care of to the best of her abilities. The office staff was friendly, the environment is pleasant and colorful. I'm forevermore grateful to my higher power for allowing such a beautiful connection to have happened at this place for my son and all his dental needs. Thank you Mint Dental whole heartedly.

My little one had to have some cavities worked on while under sedation. Dr Bibiana was very efficient and considerate. Christi made sure to explain what was going on and keep us informed during the procedure. Dr Amanda the anesthesiologist was very good with our little one. All of them were very caring with follow-up calls at home to make sure how the recovery was going and answer any questions we had.

I would highly recommend this dental office. I called on a Thursday and spoke with Christi the office manager. She was able to get all my kids scheduled for the next day. Their staff is great with kids. One of my kids is scared of the dentist and wouldn't let anyone take xrays of her teeth in the past. When we were there, Jessica the dental assistant was able to get my kid to let them take all the x-rays she needed done. She was so patient with my daughter and I really appreciated how they got us scheduled so soon and was so great with all my kids. This office will be our permanent dental office from now on.

So accommodating. My daughter had a severe tooth ache and they were able to get me a same day appointment. The staff is so nice and went out of their way to make my baby girl feel safe. If I could give more stars I would.
