Was sent back for being 5 minutes late for the appointment. I reached few minutes late to the appointment, wasted some time in figuring out where exactly the checkin was present for the clinic at the cvs pharmacy. When finally the lady came out she curtly asked me what time was the appointment and told me I was 13 minutes late and that they had other appointments even though there was not a single person in the waiting area. Disappointed at the lack of consideration even though all we needed was a note for one antibody test.
Got a flu shot and presented them with my health insurance. They didn't even bother to call the insurance and directly sent me a bill instead, saying they contacted my insurance and were rejected. I called my insurance and they never received any claim from minute clinic.
This is NOT an urgent care - so don't expect service if you are a walk-in though there was no signage specifying this outside. There is only one staff member to attend to patients with prior appointments booked over a week in advance. You are way better off driving 6-7 mins to a real urgent care like PAMF San Carlos if you need help fast.
I'm surprised by the bad reviews, I had wonderful service here. I came to get a diagnosis of a very bad cold after 3.5 weeks of misery and not being able to get an appointment with a doctor and not wanting to waste hours at an urgent care clinic. I came as a walk-in about 10 minutes before the minute clinic opened and there was one person ahead of me. I only waited five minutes before that person was done before being seen by NP Charlene. She was so thorough, attentive, and professional. I felt bad because my exam and diagnosis took almost 20 minutes but she never rushed me. I truly got better service than I normally do with a doctor. I got a prescription filled here and was in and out in less than an hour. I will absolutely come back to this minute clinic in the future!
Just came here today and was really worried about all the negative reviews on here but was very pleasantly surprised. I made an appointment for a sports physical and showed up maybe two minutes before and checked in. I didn’t even wait for a minute. The doctor was very nice and efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Definitely would recommend.
Very professional and quick service! I definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a quick visit. It’s a small clinic so keep in mind it’s not like a full Urgent Care, but it’s fast. You can make an appointment online.
Worst pharmacy and vaccine center, pharmacists do not agree with each other, provides conflicting information. Vaccine confirmation email and msg does not mean your they have the vaccine you picked online. They do not value your time.
More like a 100 minute clinic, not really a walk in service given the wait. CVS - fix your computers that mislead patients on wait/lunch times. If lunch hours are variable, systems should reflect that so patients don’t wait longer in store than needed. Cost was about the same as an ER visit with my insurance provider and my child would have been seen by a pediatrician. The store staff were extremely unhelpful. Pharmacist said they are not afiliated with the clinic. I asked to speak with a manager who never showed up. My first visit to CVS minute clinic was disappointing. Without many options, will go back to Kaiser or look for alternatives online.
So I come here around 5pm and the doctor says I have to sign in through terminal, which only can sign for tomorrow. So I sit here till 5.22, there are no visitors and the doctor locked inside. She doesn't care at all about the work or patient but simply wants to go home at 5.30. Saturday June 1, 2019
Incredibly unprofessional service. I just wanted to check a little cut in my head, and the girl was so rude to tell me that this was no place for this. She refused to check it. One of the worst services I have had in the US so far.
