Super high wait. No one to talk to to ask questions, no chairs to sit and wait two hours

Dont make an appointment for this location. Waited for 2 hours 30 minutes for a 4 o'clock appointment and walk-ins were taken before me. I showed up at 3:50 and left at 6:30. People walked in repeatedly and signed in and were called in front of me. I came for a strep test and left with nothing. 10/10 will never go here again.

Apparently making an appointment doesn’t matter because they will still take walk ins before your appointment anyways... pathetic!

I went on Friday .... Hour and 40 minute wait?! I went down the road to an actual urgent care and was in and out within 25 minutes. These minute clinics are a joke anymore.

Don’t even waste your time...don’t make a appointment.. it’s 3 hours, this nurse is probably the slowest you could imagine. Absolute joke. I’ve been waiting for over a hour after my appointment time.
