I went there seeking to scan a large picture.. I was rudely told they only have a very small scanner.. And that theirs no point in their shop having a larger one?? Which makes absolutely no sense for a business which purpose is scanning documents/prints? The man there was completely sarcastic, condescending and rude, the shop manager, and the lady, employee, tried to be helpful at least and suggest other options.

I had a last minute networking event to attend, and I did not have business cards. I called them an hour before they closed and asked if they would be able to print the cards by tonight. They were extremely helpful, professional, and were able to get the job done. The cards look amazing, too!
