Worst ER ever... left and went to RI Hospital... they need to have the word empathy and it's definition scralled all over to remind their staff
I live nearby and the Miriam tries to be mindful of the homes surrounding the hospital. Lots of out-of-staters park on our streets, crowding stuff and just generally a nuisance. The ambulances are often quieter than the visitors!
Had endoscopy performed and spent a bit of time in the PCU before and after procedure. Staff were all outstanding. Nurses I interacted with were busy but upbeat and friendly. Environment was calming despite my anxiety.
Great doctors, nurses and staff. Very professional, knowledgeable and caring. They take extra time to explain things.
They don't even listen to the patience.... have to call for them like 10 times qnd the ask what and you tell the. Come in they say hd on and they don't even come. This is annoying and irritating. Hostipals are supposed to take care of the patiend and not make extra money out of their insurance.
The Best service I got in any hospital. The staff is Amazing nurses and doctors are the best. Thank you!
