I am trying to call and contact the Manger or someone to talk to for 2 months about what happened to the AC and the freezer in our apartment. We have been here for almost 2 years. They said they are gate-community when we moved in But the gate never close !! So we noticed and asked them , they said the gate close at 8pm-5am. And all day on Sunday only. Then the right gate always broke!!!! The first year my car got broke into one time and they can't do anything , No Camera around , only the front office. So just filed police report. Then, Last Christmas eve, my husband car got destroyed in top of his convertible car bug scare, nothing they can stole because we left nothing there but they destroyed the convertible and that cost $350 to fix and the apartment couldn't do anything!! Filed another police report. Then, 3 months ago someone broke the left mirror of my husband car !! These all happened and they can't help. Last staffs and maintenance guy are so nice. Now,They just changed new company and new management team. We tried to filed the maintenance report for.them to come fix AC, Dishwasher, refrigerator, Freezer and laundry or dry machine. We didn't know when they come because they never called and said anything till I went to see the filed I put online and it said completed but nothing fixed!!! The freezer still not good, ice cream never froze, my food, ingredients in there get bad! And now refrigerator and freezer totally broke ! Ice machine not working. It made ice just 6 ices in 48 hours . The refrigerator not make water cold. Then some of our cloths and blankets got ruin from either laundry or dryer and they said not possible , so why it got ruin!! Saw some cockroach in our apartment on upstair unit. They raised up the rent every year. So be aware. I love the location but not recommended if they not fix problem .
I’ve only lived here one month and already had to place 15 maintenance tickets. It takes multiple visits to resolve 1 issue, which means more dirty shoes walking in & out of my unit for me to clean up. Floors were extremely filthy upon move in. Gates are open all day. Rent is expensive and nowhere near the value. The only positive of this place is the location.
Not the best since new management last try horrible horrible maintenance.. they are horrible. And walk in with dirty shoes … Takes forever for requests. And they raised 400$ rent not doable for a single person give us a break and let us pay payments thru the month like we used to be able to the y don’t care I’m homeless now because of it .
New company took over, it’s just going downhill from here. Transients pulling on door handles because they never close the gates, pool being closed by the health department, no one ever answers the phone, can’t get help from maintenance ever, and they keep raising the rent more and more, even the garage rent is high now
Love this complex! I feel like it is hands down the best value because I looked at EVERY complex in the area before we decided that Miro at the Parc was the best. The apartments are nice and for the price, these were the biggest square footage I could find in the area. I have no complaints. The gym, pool, and amenities are nice and the maintenance and managers are great! We are right next to Cornerstone park too which is so nice. I also want to add that the walls are pretty thick so I hardly ever hear neighbors. HUGE bonus to living here!
I lived at Miro for nearly six years and only left because I was moving out of state. I can't say enough good things about Chellie property manager and Jim property maintenance, who are two of the main reasons why my experience at Miro was so wonderful. Jim goes above and beyond to help the tenants, whether that's helping to hang a TV on a wall or driving over in the middle of a wintery Friday night when you get locked out. Even if it wasn't urgent, I never had a maintenance request that wasn't resolved within 24 hours max. Chellie is one of the most pleasant people you will ever meet and always has the biggest smile on her face when you go to chat with her. She's super responsive when it comes to emails and always resolves any major or minor issue quickly. Jim and Chellie were part of the Miro staff for the entire six years I lived at the complex, knew every tenant personally, and made Miro feel more like a community than just an apartment complex. I lived in two different apartments during my time at Miro and will say if you can snag a carriage house unit, it's definitely worth it! I lived in a one bedroom before moving into a carriage house and both units were modern and updated with an incredible amount of storage. If you have a dog or just like to get outside, the direct access to the park is a major plus. I personally loved walking a lap around the park and grabbing a Starbucks from the Stephanie location on my way back. If you're looking for an apartment on the Henderson side of Vegas, I would definitely recommend Miro at the Parc!
Such a shame, this property was the premiere property in the area. The past year and a half have been a nightmare, drug dealers dealing drugs on the property, criminal Vandals vandalizing our car, and pitbulls off a leash. Landscaping comes around very often and cleans the front main entrance and plants new flowers but they only come around to the rest of the property once every 3 months to clean up and trim and when I say "clean" I use that term loosely. When they do come around they pick and choose what to trim and they leave their trimmings all over the parking lot and the sidewalk for it to dry and eventually Disappear With the Wind into the fence line. low living standards Dog poop is an extreme problem, it is all over the place and it stinks in the summer. Trash build-up has been a nightmare as well on the property all over the parking lot and in the fence line. Gated fences on the property have also been a major issue with them being non-functioning for extended periods of times. Maintenance requests have become a drag as a direct result of not having enough maintenance professionals working the property. When we informed the manager Marisol of the criminal vandalism of our vehicle on multiple occasions she did absolutely nothing about it, even though there was a reasonable expectation that the criminal vandalism of our vehicle would happen again. And when we informed her of the drug dealers dealing drugs on the property she said it was our word against theirs and so I had to contact a Narcotics Detective to handle it. Residents walking around with their pets without being on a leash is also a problem. Most recently a pitbull was off a leash and right next to our sons bus drop-off on the property and Jim the maintenance man was petting it. go figure didn't want to disclose the fact that he was there however given the petty and rude behavior on his part towards us after complaining it should be known that he was a part of the problem. Service requests may be ignored now, pretty typical of them to be petty about legitimate concerns. We also had a guy try and break down our door in the morning while we were asleep. Additionally I would advise everyone to report everything in writing and have it signed and dated by the office or email them so you have a copy for proof. Management does make a great effort to clean up the property when they have the owners visiting. Just recently we went into the clubhouse and they were cleaning up the carpet and the Landscaping people were cleaning up the entire property which was a shock, and we were told by the manager that the carpet was just cleaned and to please not step on it because the owners will be visiting tomorrow. The quality of residents has also been on a downward spiral. Other residents are also fed up with management and the quality of living here on the property and will not be resigning a lease. We have had visitors come to our home and come up to our doorstep with their fingers pinching their nose because of the smell of the dog poop, so embarrassing. Five years of living here and this management never offers any resigning promos or offers, instead they increase your rent to coincide with the other newer properties around here. What they are forgetting is that the newer properties are in fact newer, more modern and their clubhouses are mini resorts so why they are comparing themselves to the other properties around here is mind-boggling. But the fact of the matter is that for the remainder of our lease if they don't get it together then I am going to have to contact the owners Hamilton Zanze and Report them, im sure they would be livid if they knew what has been going on here on the property.
Horrible, the new management is trash, the property has trash and dog ish everywhere homeless people, my car was broken into. This property should NOT be in Henderson.
Man where do I start!!! First and foremost i LOVE my apartment. I LOVE! The complex. Everything is so well groomed and taken care of. Super clean! I have never seen trash anywhere other than where it belongs. It's super quiet. My neighbors are friendly. I have never seen dog poop anywhere on the floor nor have i ever smelled it. Also as a single mother to a two year old i have never felt unsafe at all ever at any time. Specially at night. Anytime i have a Maintence order it gets dealt with immediately, and is always successful. But the whole reason I'm even writing this is because I love the team sooo darn much! They literally do so much for myself and my daughter. Marisol, Chellie and Jim go literally above and beyond for me and I'm sure all the their residents. They do things for me that is not really apart of their job description. I can not tell you how many times I have had Marisol and Chellie help me with ridiculous tasks and they do it with a genuine smile on their face. They never brush me off, they never almost say no within reason. They are always excited and happy to see me and my little girl. They always chat and catch up with me. They always make sure I'm ok and they even listen to my suggestions and actually consider them. Jim is where my heart is the most. He is sooo sweet he's like this loving father/grandpa i never had. Jim puts together furniture for me. He helps me bring in groceries. He helps me take out my trash when it's to much to do on my own, especially with my little girl. One day I stopped by the office on my way out for a package and i was struggling to put it in my trunk. Jim came to the rescue as always took the package off my hands and just took it to my house and brought it into my apartment for me. The longevity of the reputation Miro at the Parc has hands down goes to Marisol Chellie and Jim. If anyone quit I'd probably move lol when i have a crummy day i call the office just to hear Chellie greet me! And just chat. So unbelievably nice Marly Okine
We have only been here 1 month and can't say enough!!! We LOVE it here !! Love our apartment and the amenities!!!! We love that our dog has made some friends and the grass area is kept well. Love how pet friendly everyone is!!! Would definitley recommend to family and friends!!! And the staff is AWESOME!!
