Mirrortone Studios

My experience with Mirrortone has been nothing but awesome. The space is conveniently located and the vibe is clean, warm, inviting, and cool. The sound engineers really make the sessions a joy. In particular, James is the best out there.. knowledgeable, fun, professional and hospitable. Every time I'm in the studio for a podcast recording session, I feel totally as ease and most importantly, I always know that the end result will be nothing but quality! Highly recommend.

Quality recording studio with a professional and supportive team at the helm. Don't know if we had an easier time locating the studio, or recording our podcast. I highly recommend James and the crew as they were all kind and knowledgeable. Their effort made for a tremendous carefree experience, and we are proud of the final product. This is an incredible studio I've spent time in as both an artist and an engineer. Roman and Jay are top notch and can deliver the best in any music genre, commercial recording, and post production. Super easy to get to with Penn Station or Herald Square or PATH all within a couple blocks. Can't recommend it enough!

Recording at Mirrortone was an amazing experience! James was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and at home throughout the entire recording process. And the studio is a beautiful space in a super convenient part of Manhattan. Highly recommend!!!

This is the best studio I have had the pleasure of recording in. The engineer James is a WIZARD. Not only does he cater to your exact sound and requirements for a project, he is very patient and gives much needed attention to detail. He takes his time with you, and ensures you leave the studio happy. I've been here twice in the last month and planning on recording the entire rest of my album here. I did a few songs, and also a voice-over with James and he was not only great at mixing and mastering but also gave great strategic advise on how to handle takes with voice-overs and songs. This is a 1 stop Studio, trust me. It'll be the best decision you make for your musical ambitions.

Extremely friendly, very versatile staff. The people at Mirrortone are all about lifting up artists so that they can achieve their ideal sound! They listened with patience and understanding and worked with me to produce an amazing mix and master. Not to mention, in comparison with a lot of other studios in nyc, they're quite affordable. I can't wait to work with them again!

My writing partner and I have used Mirrortone extensively over the past year to record demos, and have had an absolutely amazing experience. Roman, Jay, and Ibrahim are extremely skilled, professional, and an absolute blast to work with. We've been thrilled with the quality of the demos, and the entire process has always been smooth and easy. They're rates are extremely reasonable, they are quick to respond to scheduling requests and changes, and the studio itself is top notch. Highly recommended. We'll certainly be back.

They're a talented group of artists who are incredibly professional, accommodating, and cool! Jay and Roman are always very kind and welcoming when I go to the studio, and the vibe there is fun and inspires you to get more creative. Jay has scored a film of mine and is continuing to compose music for trailers and promos. The delivery is outstanding and the chemistry is awesome. I had no idea this space existed and now I go into to record a podcast almost every month and no matter how many guests we have James the sound engineer is able to reconfigure the set up to fit everyone in and make it all run seamlessly all with a great attitude. The space is great, it’s always clean, chill and an overall wonderful studio. I was even able to invite a photographer friend in to take a couple of pics while we had the space. Looking forward to utilizing this studio more especially with my musical endeavors.

I first worked with Mirrortone as part of a group, and loved my experience so much that I scheduled a private vocal and piano session. My technician James was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. My recordings were completed within hours. They were a gift and the recipients absolutely loved them. I am definitely going to be working with Mirrortone again in the future!
