The poorest experience I've ever had for renting a jet ski. Came in and asked for a 30 minute jet ski rental, and the staff at the desk said they could squeeze me in within 15 minutes. So while I was signing the paperwork and watching the 10 minute video, I asked if I could use the bathroom before the ride. The staff denied me this access, but I still went thinking I could spare a couple of my rental minutes since the jet ski would be mine. When I came back, the staff said I was too late, and let the next customer take the jet ski.
It was very disappointing how the purple ape staff did not allow me to spend just 2 minutes in the bathroom before getting on the jet ski. They said they'd let me get on a jet ski on short notice, but never mentioned I had to leave immediately or my jet ski would be given to the next rider. I don't think I'll ever be coming here again after this awful experience.

By far the best excursion Misquamicut has to offer exploring the the salt pond and riding through the breachway into the open ocean was awesome the scenery is unbelievable. worth every penny

Im going to keep this short and simple. We had requested 2 jet ski rentals. With that request there was a security deposit ($500.00 each) required, rental fee for 1 hour and a valid drivers license in which we had all three.
Also there is a waiver that is to be signed by each operator of the jet skis stating that the owner/company is not liable(from what i was told by the attendant) of anything.
But because my cousin who is a legal immigrant, has a driver license and a job and has never been in the legal system doesn't speak english "correctly", was turned down from renting the jet ski.
My cousin understands english but to speak it back to someone in a conversation it comes out backwards.
Mind you, the attendant originally refused to rent the jet ski without even letting my cousin attempt to do a test based on the video.
I had to try and convince the attendant to let my cousin at least try without any of my help on the test.
At that point my cousin was disgusted by this attendants actions and discrimination against him that he refused to give this man any business.
I will be reporting this incidence not to the attendants supervisor but to the Human Rights Commission of Rhode Island and BBB.
I hope the next customer that either has a accent and/or is black gets treated with respect and dignity just like the next blond hair blue eyed customer.
