The actual service on site here is amazing. They pick up and deliver your laundry within a day. However, the management is rude and frankly, prejudice. As a young black women, I was profiled and the manager assumed I was trying to scan them. I mistakenly typed the last digit of my card number wrong, and was contacted a week later after receiving a receipt from the company. The manager who contacted me, even after I told her something else must have gone wrong accused me of reporting the charge as fraud. I assured her this was not true and she insisted it was and that I needed to call my bank. I called and of course the charge wasn’t there. I called back and the manager then began to speak to me rudely I.e. raising her voice and cutting me off and our misunderstanding resulted in her telling me next time they’ll just call the police, followed by her cutting me off several times and hanging up on me. It doesn’t stop there sadly, she then texted me several times although I asked her to stop doing so. — Safe to say they lost a client. I do not recommend if you’re looking to use their delivery or pick up service.

I had a little trepidation about visiting as it looks small from outside but once you’re inside, it’s decently sized and the machines are good. You pay with a laundry card that you put cash into which is convenient, at least for me. The big one was about eight bucks but took a huge load of laundry that had been building up since I got to this neighborhood. For reference, I would say it could take on two to three full sized comforters comfortably and then there are smaller ones that are much cheaper, I’m sure. But I had a lot of clothes to get through so I didn’t even look at those. For the dryers, it’s about .25 cents for five minutes. My clothes came out feeling so clean and fresh and then the service…it was great. I was a little lost as it was my first time there but the staff noticed me figuring stuff out and stepped in to show me how it’s done. Very happy to have used this place, will definitely go back.

Been to this place on a few occasions, and although never formally welcomed bu any staff, the place is well kept and I have no problems with access to washers and dryers. I usually have small loads, so I'm usually out in less than 45 minutes. Machines and soap dispenser uses facility's laundromat card which can be refilled with cash or credit/debit card. So far, no negative experiences.

The facility is small. However, The washers and driers worked in excellent operation, and I like the convenience of the Reusable + Reloadable Laundry Card. Rather than use a lot of quarters for the machines, the Laundry Card makes it much convenient to pay for the use of the washer and dryer. Just add the dollar amount into Laundry Card you'll need to wash and dry your clothes. Its user friendly

My experience there is not good.I pressed the hot water button an it gives me cold water.I told the clerk and she said to call the complaint #,so I did. So I'll say maybe they are set like that not to give their customers hot water because they are not paying for it and that's robbery. I will advise customers that goes there to check their water and see if this place is legit.

The lady that work there lock me and my sister in the Laundrymat when we was folding our cloths because it was closeing and she didn’t want us folding our clothes. the cops was call she was being really rude and nasty to us. The cops said she do this every time don’t recommend people to go here . Don’t wasting your money in this place. Bad service!

Clean, cool facility with free detergent on the weekends. The washing machines aren't my favorite, but the dryers are very efficient.

Clothes were clean!!! Folded great smelled amazing prices could be high depending on how many loads you have but I guess it’s good for me since I live on the 5th floor walk up.

Machines are new service sucks! And this card is wack. Will pray ill never have to come here again!

The service is simply terrible, I been going to this place because of the convinient location only. The staff is so mean they never know anything and they don't do a little effort to help you out!!!
