Story

It's a plane, it's a train, no wait … it's a log cabin?! That's right; you heard correctly...a smokin' hot, log cabin is rolling around the streets of Atlanta as we speak!

However, don't be alarmed when you see this 200 square foot log cabin driving down your local road or parked at a festival. It's actually Miss P's Kitchen, a food trailer with a giant smoker disguised as a log cabin on wheels! Miss P's Kitchen serves up the most delicious smoked meats and southern sides you can find. From massive, BBQ smoked turkey legs and grilled salmon to peach cobbler and macaroni & cheese, Miss P's has you covered.

And who is Miss P you might ask...simple, she is Peniece Le Gall, owner and operator of Miss P's Kitchen as well as a full-time, music publishing executive. Miss P's Kitchen started as a hobby, catering small dinner parties for friends and family. Then in 2012, Peniece decided to take on the task of building her very own mobile food unit to serve all of the wonderful people she encounters throughout her exciting journey! Her passion for cooking and people is what makes the food so delicious...you taste the love! No need to worry if you don't see the log cabin immediately, with the aroma of hickory smoke that fills the air for miles, your nose should have no problem guiding you in the right direction!
