Missoula's Office City

Alright so my company does NOT have an account with Missoula Office City. But one day, a coworker of mine locked his key to his drawers inside the drawers themselves. We quickly emailed Missoula Office City thinking they were the company we had gotten our new furniture from...they showed up with the master key within hours and I was blown away with their customer service. Later on that same day, I found that we had called the wrong office furniture supplier!! But they still provided us with amazing service. THANKS SO MUCH!

Awesome spot! They really know their stuff when it comes to office furniture an ergonomics. Sean was extremely helpful when I came looking for a new office chair, and they had the best prices around. Way cheaper than shopping online, and it was great to be able to try out lots of different chairs before buying.

Called and asked for what I needed, said they had some headsets in Stock, when I arrived later that day, a different employee said they had none.. nice people, just didn't have what I needed

I am consistently impressed with the level of service from Office City. I've gone in there to order some really random stuff, and they are always courteous, helpful and nice to every single person that walks through that door, whether they are looking for a $1000 desk chair or 50 cents in mechanical pencil refill lead. It's unbelievable that they can get most things ordered and delivered the next day for less than you would pay from some random internet vendor to ship it to you a week from the date of purchase. You can not beat Office City for price, knowledgeable staff, and a wonderful neighbor in Missoula's downtown business district!
