Fresh bagels, good coffee & a super friendly staff! Easy location to get into and out of. The shop is also located across the street from Mill Creek park, a great place to sit while enjoying your bagel and coffee!

It's hard not to love any Mr. Bagel, but this location gets the toast level and amount of spread just right. The queue area can get a little busy at times, but other patrons and employees are usually friendly if you ask who is waiting or who is next.
Never had a bad sandwich here. The young dude with the blond curly hair absolutely crushed it today though. Dudes like 16 yrs old with 5 people in line and he’s back there like a machine repeating modifiers back to people to make sure he gets it right and mowing down orders. Great job
Nice atmosphere, friendly service, and tasty bagels with a number of different topping options. Best to get there early as they often run out of coffee between 1pm - 2pm. A drive through would be nice but still much better food than Dunkin Donuts.
I used to love this bagel shop! I went here for years. However, the staff has become increasingly rude. They act like it’s a chore to try and get my order correct... even though that’s their job.
Why is it when you order 4 different bagles with different creamchees and you put them in a bag for someone you don't write what they are on them. So I have to open everyone's to see who's are who's. Feel like employees don't care anymore. This will be my last time for a while. Write on it what it is so i dont have to open everyone else's to figure out who's is who's. For the price we pay you think you'd do your job.
Breakfast and lunch sandwiches are offered on a variety of breads. Three stand up coolers offer milk, iced tea and soda. Buy a coffee cup and pour your own. Those I was with really enjoyed the flavor of their coffee. Different types of seating and a unisex bathroom.
I came on the bus specifically to go to Mr. Bagel in South Portland to have a bagel, that didn't happen. When I looked up the hours, the other day, it said that it was open Wednesdays. I double checked with Google this morning and it says "Open!!!" Well, they are out of business!!! Waste of my time!!!
I like the staff here, very nice and friendly. The store has been updated with new stools and nice coffee carafes. The bagels are always good and topped with whatever you wish.
