My wife and I chose to stay in the bed and breakfast suite. This is not part of the cabins on the property. Everything was excellent and a great experience. Our host Mrs. Karen made sure to answer all our questions upon arrival and showed us how things work on the property. The Prospectors Room is what we stayed in. The bed was very comfortable, jet tub was nice and the room is very clean. Check out the pictures of the room. It won't disappoint. Breakfast is wonderful and the staff were very nice. We enjoyed our stay and we are sad to leave.

My husband and I loved this bed and breakfast. We arrived and were immediately greeted by Chasity. She showed us to our room and Answered all our questions. She had a smile that would make anyone happy. The next morning we were greeted with a wonderful breakfast and stories about the area from Karen, the owner. We enjoyed meeting the other guests and felt right at home. We are definitely coming back. We will probably try and stay in one of the larger rooms next time but this visit was a wonderful trip.

Wonderfully relaxing experience here. On a 11 day Moto Tour and this was the perfect overnight destination close to the Blue Ridge Pkwy. My room was beautiful and very clean with a jetted tub and a wonderful breakfast. The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

Will visit again! My family of 5 (3 kids) stayed over Thanksgiving and had plenty of room to sleep and relax. Karen, the owner, is nice, VERY accommodating, and flexible. We were traveling with my sister and her children and had reserved one cabin, #8, because it had 2 bedrooms. Upon arrival it was apparent that there was NOT enough room for sleeping, eating, storage clothes and luggage, etc. Karen arranged for us to split up and stay in 2 cabins. Ended up in #8 and #3. The difference in size was night and day. While functional, cabin #8 is very small and not open enough for more than one family. If reserving through a travel site I recommend contacting the owners FIRST.
Cabins are clean, stocked with linens and dishes. Both of ours had lofts with mattress and TV (kids only). Hot water for showers is limited so if you require long, hot showers Misty Mountain is not the place for you. All sleeping quarters have TV and ceiling fan except lofts...they have portable fans. The area is close to main strip in Maggie Valley and far enough away to enjoy the quiet. Creek runs parallel to property and can be heard when windows are open. There is no access to creek for fishing.

Awesome suites, very clean. 100% sanitation rating for 2017. Make sure you show for breakfast, not disappointed. Looks very quaint, feels like a cabin with neighbors. Hostess and staff were very sweet and knowledgeable about the area.
First timers at bed and breakfast would stay again.
