I found this to be the best furniture shopping experience I've ever had. I'm sure you'll get good service from someone else, but Saber was exceptional. No rush, no pressure and very knowledgeable. I'd trust him and did with a sleeper sofa purchase. It helps that I like Mitchell Gold designs and made-in-North Carolina quality. Not cheap, but good value. We shopped around. A lot. Check my other reviews. I'm usually not so nice. This experience brought out my better side.
Not sure where to start, we purchased in FULL the Celine media console in store August 2021. We loved the piece and were sold on items being made in the USA, little did we know this specific item and others are manufactured overseas. Since purchase, we have had to constantly reach out for shipping updates. Even as a “club member” there is no way to log in and get updates. I’ve escalated and still struggle to get updates like I was promised. I’ve tried to reach out to the regional director, Ryan Rotum and no response. I asked for his contact and was told he can only be reached by email, and after multiple attempts still no response. I loved the piece but now it’s been so long since I’ve seen it that I think the 25% restocking fee should absolutely be waived if we decide it’s not a good fit. I would spend your money somewhere else, this has truly been one of our worst experiences in terms of customer service.
Working with Saber Simmons in the Buckhead store was a joy! His talent and expertise helped were invaluable. He was able to quickly convert my apartment floor plan to a scaled layout in the store and arrange furnishings that made sense. My entire room 'arrived' from rug to furniture and looked put together very quickly. In a small NYC apartment, it is critical that every piece be multi-functional. My sofa sleeps two; my ottoman serves as a coffee table and my chairs on casters! serve as additional living room seating. Thank you Saber!
Adeline is the best designer. She is stylish and I want to use her designs in all my homes. She has made me feel like a modern man in this old world.
The Buckhead store is great as are the sales folks in the store. However, I am very disappointed in the service from the parent company. I ordered a piece of furniture in June, 2021. I was told it would arrive in October, 2021. Delivery was delayed at least 5 times with delivery finally scheduled on August 5, 2022. My sales person gave me 2 separate refunds/discounts on the piece which helped reduce my frustration. However, on August 5, 2022. I was informed that the product would be delayed another 3 months making it 18 months after I initially placed the order. Supply chain issues are one thing -- but this is another. The parent company didn't tell the local store about the status of the orders. I had to find out from the national help desk and then tell my sales person. Needless to say, I am not counting on the delivery in 3 months and just canceled my order after 15 months of waiting. I am very disappointed in this company and would encourage everyone to make sure the product is in stock before ordering unless you're willing to wait for up to 2 years for delivery. Otherwise, go shop somewhere else where you can rely on delivery dates.
All smiles at the store.placed a order For 5000.00, got billed 10000.00. Never expect a return call. Don't expect delivery as promised. Don't expect "pam" the so-called manager to call you back. Walk Don't run from these people.
Service is exceptional, the entire team goes out of their way to assist. Calm and friendly, Saber is wonderful great with design choices and also allows you the freedom to just have a seat and take your time looking through fabrics and choices. I love being on my own and then having assistance when I need it. We have shopped Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams in Beverly Hills and Atlanta. While both were great, Atlanta reigns as number one. Our Atlanta Condo was a total MGBW experience.If your only looking for bedding, the mattress and bedding is beyond expectations.

We have bought three sofas from this place and each is better than the other. Liz has been so helpful. It's always nice to come in top the showroom for some inspiration.
Visited this showroom to place an order. Things deteriorated from there. After 5 phone calls, 3 different reps, and many excuses, we canceled our order and contacted Mitchell Gold’s Alpharetta location. Tiffany took control of the situation, and we picked up our order in 2 days. She is an asset to the company, and we will be doing business with her in the future.
