I just contacted the owner to ask her how much for a touch up on my hair due to the fact my braids been slipping out since the second week I got my hair done. She told me 65 and up I tried to explain to her that my braids being slipping out since the second week I got my hair done she got rude and very smart cause she’s not working today. I will never give them my money again. SmhService: Braids

I had a very good experience. the women there are very nice and do wonderful work. I highly recommend you coming here if you wanna get you’re hair done. The prices are very reasonable.

Very professional and polite! The parlor is very clean and tidy. Mrs. Phina and her daughter make you feel right at home. First time here and dealing with anxiety they made me feel comfortable. I had a hard time understanding at times on what is said but with enough patience they both were very helpful. I will say being tender headed Mrs. Phina was gentle yet still got the braids tight! I will return for Mrs. Phina to continue to braid my hair or her daughter can braid it! She was just as understanding and made me feel quite comfortable. Everyone in the parlor was very friendly as well! And they also get to know ya! So thanks Mrs. Phina!

Really enjoyed getting my hair done here there really fast but definitely puts in the Quality in that it takes to have good Braided hair. I will go back again

Rude!!!! Don't go here. The 1 star reviews are true. I simply asked for a price and texted them a picture I had done to my hair before. I wanted the same exact style. She wouldn't give me a price. The young lady was so rude and lacked basic comprehension and customer service skills. She raised her voice, was snappy and talked over me. Before I could finish my sentence she hung up in my face mid sentence. RED FLAG!!! These people don't need a business. They need basic customer service training.

Great walk-in experience.

Yelled at me for asking about the length of the braids, cut the hairs around them so they'd make me itch, tried to overcharge me once it was finally overService: Braids

First off I scheduled an appointment called and said I was running 20 min late and would you believe they took another client for box braids and I ended up waiting hours to get my hair done. Then I went in for princess faux locs and as you can see these aren’t princess locs. Not to mention they didn’t ask what size or length locs that I wanted. Then they rushed through my hair because it was so late. My locs started coming unraveled in a week. Then in two weeks one of my locs came out at the root. I’m a braider myself retired and no one’s hair has ever come out at all period. I spent most of the day in a hair bonnet over my locs, so it’s not like I was playing in it or anything. I had planned to take my daughter but after my experience that’s definitely not going to happen. I got my hair done May 21,2022 and I had to take it down after three weeks later and I paid over $200 for this service. So no I don’t recommend them at all!!!
