This has been my annual event for many years and the ranch sets on the little Colorado River and views are breathtaking with lots of Deer,Elk,Eagle's,Raccoon,Hummingbirds and so much more. The cabin itself is always clean and everything works well in it and outside hiking trails close or Big Lake and Nelson Reservoir is close for big Trout.

We always enjoy our visits. Fabulous views. Get to see deer,elk,antelope, even a beaver working on its dam. Cabin is immaculate and has everything you need.

We stayed in the Phobe cabin which is a tastefully updated 1870's log cabin with a spectacular view. Spent lots of time on the deck shaded by a huge tree overlooking a meadow with a view of the Little Colorado. I would definitely recommend this rental. We loved it!

MLY- Phobe. Eclectic and quirky. Floorplan changes elevation and doorways can be challenging for anyone over 6'. Not recommend for small children or NBA players. Trying to arrange horseback trail ride was itself an adventure. Only two of us wanted to ride but once Kim finally returned our call she informed us that being the case it would be a 2 hr minimum. Ouch! City-slickers can't sit a horse that long without a single-malt and a wheelchair at the end....
