Founded in 2014 by Professional MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) Fighter Gustavo “Banzai” Bessa MMA HIIT Fitness was created for the everyday person with a busy schedule who would like to feel good and look good. Although still an active competitor and a lover of MMA Banzai understands that not everyone wants to be a fighter. When he created MMA HIIT Fitness he wanted to create something not for fighters but something for the everyday person, the busy moms, the dads who want not the dadbod, the people who never trained a day in their life, the student athlete trying to become more athletic, the women and young female wo want to learn how to defend themselves, the 40 and over crowd who want to stop aging, and anyone wanting to maintain their youth by exercising and learning how to live a healthy lifestyle. With over 10 years of experience in the Martial Arts world Banzai uses techniques from various disciplines being used today by Professional Fighters, combined with an array selection of calisthenics exercises, many core strengthening and lower body focused exercises, weight training and body building exercises, combined with many different drills made to improve your cardio, your strength, your flexibility, you’re movement, your mental toughness, your confidence, and overall all around better you. At MMA HiiT Fitness we wanted to innovate, we wanted new exercises, new movements, new equipment, that would still get results. Every circuit written has 30 new exercises every time you come in to train.
