MMI Appliance and Refrigeration Repair

I've worked with MMI twice now. The first time the quality and labor value were excellent, but the second experience didn't meet my expectations. Communication wasn't great, and the scheduled service window was missed. Victor did his best to make the situation right, but the labor value wasn't as good this time. Total cost was $370 for 30 minutes of labor installing two parts that cost ~$100 online. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

MMI did a duct replace the job for me today and I am very, very pleased! The two-man team was very professional, timely, and the finished work looks terrific! They even did a good job of vacuuming the floor before they left! It really exceeded my expectations!

Victor does a great job, and can almost diagnose the problem over the phone! Very knowledgeable and pricing is best around. He's a must call when appliances act up
