Pay is 100% commission - there is no salary so be advised. Environment is very energetic and upbeat, yet allows cursing and derogatory language from all employees, ranging from head of management to entry level. Thus, if you are looking for a "job" that grants you the opportunity to walk around completely vulnerable in the worst parts of the greater Mobile area completely susceptible to anything that could happen in a low income, government housing areas that does not grant any form of salary for your efforts to sell products, this is the "job" for you. Additionally, do not be fooled by the hours posted on Google as those are simply their office hours. As an employee here, you will be in the office from 10:00 a.m. til roughly 12:00 p.m, and then "go to work" walking door-to-door attempting to sell products til 8:00 p.m. every Monday - Friday, and Saturdays from 10:00 to 5:00.

I feel like this is a pyramid scheme. They post online about having a job available where you can be your own manager and own your own business. When you interview they say they work with fortune 500 companies. They actually only work with at&t and want you to be a door to door salesperson.

Environment and people are great but pay is 100% commission so unless you're good at selling things this may not be the job for you.

I've recently came on board with Mobile Bay Consulting, and Im pleased to say that we work hard, and play harder, the staff here are really nice, consistent, and Firm so if you are a hard worker, and goal oriented it's a awesome position for you!!!
