Mocine Salon & Spa

All of the stylists at Mocine Salon & Spa are extremely talented, friendly and professional. They did an amazing job taking care of me and my wedding party on my wedding day. We were a party of 8 people, 5 bridesmaids, my mom, my mother in law and myself. We all had beautiful up-dos and 6 of us also had our makeup done. The salon was organized and our morning ran flawlessly. All 8 of us looked gorgeous and we were able to leave ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend booking with Mocine Salon & Spa for your wedding day.

The experience is great here. My daughter has had makeup, hair spray, tans. Always great . I recommend highly and they saved her on her senior semi, with what could off been a disaster but was a success, thank goodness for Mocine!!!!

Fantastic from start to finish... Nikki was professional, thorough and so pampering in my facial that I fell asleep! LJ was a magician with her hands in the best deep tissue massage I've ever had. Not only is she adorable but she knows how to get down and dirty with some difficult knots! I can't wait until my next mommy's day out at Mocine!

I went there for Brazilian Blowouts a few times and was happy with them until the stylist I liked left. The next time I went the new Stylist Burned my scalp, and the procedure took a much shorter time which I thought was odd but trusted they knew what they were doing. In addition to the scalp burns, My hair was frizzy (not smooth and straight) after washing as per the stylists instructions and I have since over the 8 weeks following had massive breakage of my hair. I asked for a refund and they refused. I previously had been a happy customer and rarely leave bad reviews but don't want someone to spend 300.00 dollars to get their scalp burned, have bad results and breakage. They offered another procedure at a reduced amount (no way after that experience) and a discount off another service. I only get Brazilian blowouts so this was useless to me. In response to their response below, From what I read of other similar reviews about the salon, Even when people voiced their dissatisfaction immediately about a service, It was treated the same way. And in some cases the person was asked to pay full price for another service? Nice try...

Just had my first experience at Mocine, and I will definitely be going back!Desk staff, hairstylists are wonderful. Beautiful atmosphere!
