Mod Physique offers full-body ciruit training including cardio, pilates, weights, and barre exercises. Our one hour classes are always varied so time flies by! Small class sizes lends itself to a more intimate experience where you get individualized attention from the instructor and increased body awareness in class to carry through every day life. Exercises are MOD-ified at various levels to accommodate each student.
