Incredibly rude over the phone, for absolutely no reason, as we’ve never met and I was in fact calling to hire his services. I got a few words and this gentleman turned aggressive and condescending, completely out of the blue. Very unprofessional.

Good shop and sales. Seems to be run by people passionate about their product and not just looking for a quick sale or commission. Offered to cut down a seat for my wife for no charge. Definitely not a clean and polished place - you're basically walking into a repair shop with a showroom.
I've been there a few times after I was sold a questionable vehicle in Virginia. They have always been patient, kind, clear, and affordable. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Great staff, dedicated, and super friendly. I will always go to them!
