Loved the hospitality at this location. The staff is very friendly, courteous and go out of their way to help which is a rare find here in NYC. The food is delicious and the portions huge! Every burrito comes with free chips and salsa!
The most distasteful experience that i've had in New York by far. The cashier was very short with all the customers and appeared angry and disinterested. It was New Years Eve but only 2:30pm. It was unfortunate because i was looking forward to their Adobo, they were out of that and they also run out of mushrooms also. The whole experience was just not positive. I would not recommend this place. I would even strongly suggest not to even bother. The food was nothing special, not worth to go through the rudeness and attitude.
What is Chipotle? . Forget Chipotle, Moe's is way better. Also little bit cheaper. You also get free chips and 5 different kind of salsa from salsa bar. They also have tofu if you don't eat meat plus you can put almost 15 different things in you burrito or a bowl. The best part is those coke touchscreen soda machines.
Food was average. I had the Earmuffs Burrito Bowl. Not comparable to chipotle. They have different flavors. The portion is large!
A decent Tex Mex option. This was my first time that I ate at Moe and it was ok nothing crazy but either bad so I could repeat here again. -- This is a steak burrito bowl with rice, pico de Gallo, guacamole a little les the others ingredients, sour cream and cheese. It's a GENEROUS portion. They give you free chips and sauce for each order so you can get full easy. -- The HIT OF THE WALLET for this one is like 9 $. -- Just an advice to the company. I know it's no a easy job but the employs have to have more patients with the customers. -- See you in another review. @elmanudominguez Instagram and soon in YouTube
Very friendly staff and the food was spot on. The steak was very well seasoned, all ingredients were fresh. Tastes a lot better than Chipotle.
Cool place! I downloaded their app and got a coupon for free queso. Absolutely delicious. Will definitely come back to try other things on the menu.
Delicious food. Great service. Fast casual food that puts its closest competitors to shame. Busy on Mondays and during lunch times. Their burritos are recommended as are their chips which come free with every order and includes free refills and salsas. Vegans and Vegetarians should get the impossible meat here, which is great. They also have tofu as an option but it is of iffy quality. Recommended!
