Moe's Southwest Grill

Heed my warning. I've ate at this place twice. Both times, I and everyone I was with got food poisoning. The only reason I went back after the first time was because of my loyalty to the Moe's brand. I thought, "There's no way I got sick from Moe's. Every other location has been nothing but a pleasant experience. How bad could one restaurant be?" It's a shame this sad excuse for a restaurant is the only Moe's in the area.

Ordered a homewrecker bowl, quesadilla, and queso, with the free chips and salsa. Was given 2 homewrecker bowls one that I ordered, the other was not mine, a burnt quesadilla, and 3 bags of chips, no salsa, and no queso that I paid $3+ for. Called the store and it says “user busy.”

If I could give 0 star, then I would. Not good customer service. Don’t even fill the bowl. It’s happen to me couple times. One of the girl who has red hair has so much attitude. Never going back to this place.

I ordered a ground beef bowl. I had Uber deliver it, it got to my job around 9 p.m. I thank the driver and walked back in my place of business. When I opened the bag chips were everywhere at the bottom of the bag. The food wasn’t even wrapped up good in the middle of a pandemic. They say they offer “Touchless delivery”. Second, I ordered a ground beef bowl, I don’t know what this was. It didn’t even have any ground beef in it...none!!! I have food allergies and I didn’t know what was in this situation, needless to say I didn’t eat, it’s nothing like being at work hungry after paying for food. Tried calling back up to the restaurant but, they were closed. They close at 9 and the driver dropped my order off at 9. I have to say I am really disappointed in the Service quality but rest assure I’ll be up there tomorrow morning with a blink face. I want the tip and ALL my money back

To the people that were working on Sunday evening July 31, 2022 y’all were great. Very friendly, great service, and my bowl was filled. My husband and I came in with our two daughters and then we got two bowls to go. Everyone was very personable. Would definitely recommend again.

My best recommendation is to get your moe’s fix at at any other moe’s in the know. universe. I’ve complained more than once and gotten no response from this location or corporate. I’ve ordered more than one of the same thing and gotten two totally different topped meals. Apparently the ration of chips to cheese is i chip per ounce. You can ask for more. You’ve got a 1 in 20 chance of getting it. There’s a Harris Teeter right there. Get some tortilla chips if you order queso. The free chips and salsa don’t exist. The Moe’s at lake Wiley is fantastic BTW.

The place is clean, food is amazing and made to order infront of you. Havent tried everything yet but I'm happy with all I have tried so far. It's southwestern Mexican food and they have a large variety of free salsas to try

Chips were stale and greasy and missing the salsa. Chicken quesadilla was small and missing pico de Gallo and sour cream. Burrito was missing guacamole and had huge hunks of hard lettuce. The prices have gone up considerably and the quality has decreased alot. I won't be back.

Goodness Grief!!! I’ve been to MANY Moe’s where the food was delicious but THIS ONE is horrific. The quesadilla I ordered yesterday was huge and not cut into two…it was burned on the front and back sides and looked as if a kid just packed stuff inside…it tasted horrible and I wasted so much money. When I ate at the one in Gastonia and by the mall in CLT WERE soooo delicious…but this location has ruined the experience for me…now I’m afraid…YUCK!!!

Everytime I order here after 5pm my food is messed up to some degree. They always forget my chips or the food is cold. If you order, order before 5pm!!
