Great small town rodeo with some big names. Have been going for years. Entertainment and vendors are good. Great rodeo drill team this year! The ladies did a great job! A problem this year 2022 seems to be overselling the general admission seating. Hundreds of people with no place to sit. If you get GA seating, claim your spot about 2 hours before event.
Pretty awesome overall! The venue was spectacular, crowd was into it, and announcer was on point. Purchasing tickets was easy. Great food and drink selection. Make sure you bring cash for certain vendors. The only let down was the carnival that was cancelled nextdoor! We were really excited for that aspect of it. We had a great time!
I came July 1st. One of the best rodeo's I've ever been to. I brought my goddaughter and it's was decent, wholesome and extremely entertaining. No bad jokes no foul language. The announcer actually prayed too! I left that night feeling wonderfully blessed!! I will definitely come again next year
Amazing performance and well set up sound system, my only gripe was the seating painted to show the seats were very tight and small. But had a great experience!
Best rodeo in town. Honestly it is a big time rodeo with a small town feel. Cool story: the st. Paul rodeo is going on at the exact same time, and so that the cowboys can compete in both rodeos for double the money, they get shuttled between the two rodeo grounds by helicopter. Really cool modern twist to a classic sport.
We went to the 1:30 show on the 4th of July. It was one of the best rodeos we have ever been to. The announcer and clown kept the rodeo entertaining and at times moving, honoring the military. The pace was perfect and the cowgirls and cowboys involved shared their talents and a slice of Americana to be proud of.
Fun rodeo on the smaller side. If you go to a matinee they kick you out right after so not really an option to get food or shop at the vendors. If you want to do that, get there early. We were actually looking at some vendors items and the vendor told us we had to leave because they were clearing everyone out. This was right after it ended.
It was my wife and i's first time being here, unfortunately it will be the last. Sure, the rodeo itself was a fun time... but that was about it. Not much to look at,the parking situation was a nightmare. I'd say we're underwhelmed for the most part.
Great rodeo! However if you actually go for the rodeo, be aware this is buckle bunny and city dude haven. They come to be seen and drink not actually appreciate rodeo. The behavior is atrocious.
