Sarah at Grand Central Moleskine was a life saviour. She answered the phone and gave me directions to their location. I was looking for Moleskine's Daily Diary in the color red. She actually put me on hold and looked to see if the color red was in stock. Unfortunately it wasn't but she said they have a new color navy. I happily walked to the store and purchased the Diary. Of course I thanked Sarah! She was very friendly and she went out of her way to help me. Thank you Moleskine and Sarah. Forever satisfied customer.

Really tiny store with all the basics and a little more. I went and it was crowded with only 5 customers and 1 employee. I can see that if you need to catch a train and only want a new notebook and don't need to browse than this is perfect. I only ever write in the large hardcover ruled books, so for me it's just a choice of colour when I need a new one, which they have a nice selection of.
