MOLLY MAID of Northern Kentucky and Southeast Cincinnati

I just moved into a large condo that is almost entirely carpeted. With two kitties, this place can get dirty quickly. The condo had not been sufficiently cleaned before my move in and these maids, Jamie and Kirsten, GOT TO WORK! I am so impressed with the level of clean I received from them. We are 100% satisfied 100% of the time. We are both retired and unable (or just don’t want) to do the deep cleaning our house requires once a month, so we trust the gals at Molly Maid do it for us. We are usually home at some point while they are cleaning, and they are always friendly and ask if we need anything special. The cats that come out, they know by name. Unlike a previous service, Molly Maid has never broken anything over the many years that we have had them. We get the same friendly and polite team each time which means that they know our house well and remember those things that are important to me. I would highly recommend Molly Maid.

Shannon and Monique are a great team! They were fun and easy to talk to, and did a very nice job cleaning my place at a reasonable price. What more do you need? I was impressed by some very minor details - like the folding of the toilet paper ends. I think little touches like that make a difference. Like, it's not even really anything necessary, but that little something extra just feels nice. I'm looking forward to my next cleaning.

The ladies are professional and personable, and I am confident that my house is clean every time they come. In the past, I've used other services as well private individuals - some good, others not good, but none can compare to Molly Maid. They actually deserve more than a 5 star rating. I hope I will be able to continue a long term relationship with these folks, because they are just what the doctor ordered."

I had my home cleaned for the first time in 14 years of living here. They did an AMAZING job and were here all day working on it. It's beautiful and I'm scheduling them to come back every 2 weeks. I highly recommend Monique and Shannon. And it was great that the owner came by and did a quality check while they were here. She found out why my ventilation duct was blocked! All in all, a great job.
