For over 14 years, Momentum has been the leading Pilates and Gyrotonic studio in Albuquerque - voted best Pilates/Gyrotonic studio in the US by Organic Spa magazine. At our NE HEIGHTS studio, we offering multiple movement methodologies as an integrative approach to health and wellness. We offer private sessions and group classes in Pilates, Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Barre, Ballet Barre and Feldenkrais.

Momentum Studio is the largest and longest-established Pilates, Gyrotonic®, Barre, and Feldenkrais® studio in New Mexico. Featuring an expansive facility dedicated to specialized fitness as well as rehabilitative/therapeutic work, Momentum Studio is also home to our nationally recognized professional teacher training center. Our cutting-edge disciplined movement programs help the injured and the elite athlete alike, facilitating relaxation and body awareness while fostering increased muscular flexibility, range of motion, core stability, and physical strength.

Momentum Studio provides its clients with a solid foundation for integrity of movement. "Integrity of movement" is simply healthy movement. We teach our clients how to move more efficiently and effectively as one aspect of developing a healthy lifestyle. Through an integrative approach to health and wellness that includes movement education and comprehensive exercise routines that challenge the total body, we provide our clients with the knowledge and tools they need to reach their fitness goals.

Our programs are complementary to-and enhance-other sport, exercise, and rehabilitation activities. The development of a sound foundation of healthy movement will both reward client's efforts in the short term, and will continue to serve them in the long term.

Momentum is also an official certifying studio for the Pilates, Barre and Gyrotonic® methodologies. As a studio designated to train future teachers, our focus is to broaden and deepen the experience of each and every teacher trainee in relation to their understanding of and capacity to heal the human body.
