Monarch Fence

We hired Monarch to install a custom fence along our driveway and absolutely love the way it turned out! Communication was always good, the fence and the gate were installed sooner than expected, and they easily incorporated the design we wanted.

Great company to work with. Keith was our project coordinator and he kept us updated every step of the way through the bidding process to scheduling to installation. Monique in the office was well informed on our project so communication was excellent. The installation went smoothly and we are extremely pleased with the end product. I had Monarch come out to give an estimate on replacing a rotted gate post. One of the owners came to estimate the work in May. I accepted their estimate while understanding they would contact me to complete the work at a later time as it was a small job they wouldn't schedule ahead. It is now August and I've contacted their office twice by email in the last couple weeks just to ensure I'm still on their radar to get to. I can't get anyone to respond. I feel like I've wasted my entire summer waiting on them and they apparently had no plans to do my job. Maybe someone else could have completed the job by now.

Every aspect of this process was seamless. Very responsive, got the job done ahead of schedule and right on budget. We couldn’t be more pleased. We got a few other bids but Monarch was very competitive and far more informative in explaining the process and meeting our needs. Like most things in life, you get what you pay for. I can’t say enough good things about Kerri, Keith and Kipp. Thank you! We would recommend them without hesitation to any and everyone.

Absolutely pleased. When I couldn't get any other reputable fence companies to call me back because everyone is slammed during COVID, Monarch came through. I changed what I wanted several times, which led to an updated estimate each time, and their team handled it wonderfully. They proactively reached out when bad weather pushed back our install date. I have seen a few of their signage on a few older fences around town and decided to check this company out. I remember when you could ask for a estimate and someone actually called you back. So when did it change. I received a canned message from this company's office manager, obviously she's just way to busy or was trained this way to call potential customers back, telling me any new work would be in 2023. Some words about an estimate but nothing stating someone would call or we will have someone come out. I wonder what happened to customer service.....This makes a lot of people go else where like I have done or doing it themselves.

Call Monarch fence to come out for a bid In early June, for a 4ft Montage Majestic fence. Kipp came out right away and provided me an estimate, I contacted Monique In last week of June too schedule the install date. Monique told me Kipp was out of town and should be back soon, I called back a week later to see if I can get Insulation scheduled, Monique told me Kipp should be back anytime and they will contact me for the install date. Never heard from them again. This was over a $6000 bid but obviously they don’t want my money. Today I received an email from Keith taking full responsibility of the lack of communication regarding the scheduling of our fence, I have decided to go with Invisible fence do to the sole purpose is to keep the dogs in the yard. I appreciate Keith responding to me about this matter and I truly believe that Monarch Fence Co. does quality work and will consider using them if needed in the future. Mike
