Juan Ochoa of Monarch Painting does excellent work. From the time I first made contact with Juan he was very responsive and easy to work with. He is honest, straightforward, and very detail oriented. He painted my home and front door, in very reasonable time, then went over all the details of work done with me. He is talented, quality driven, and dependable. I would have him back in a heartbeat.

I had been wanting to get the exterior paint on our house redone for a while. We noticed our neighbor across the street was having some remodeling done and Monarch was one of the contractors on the project. I went across the street and asked Juan for an estimate to complete the work on our house. His estimate arrived the next day. I sought a comparative bid, and based on the good value offered by Monarch and the quality of work I could observe on my neighbors home, I engaged them for the project. Within the course of a highly efficient three day period, the exterior was pressure washed, seal coated, and painted. The end product is fantastic. The house is rejuvenated. I would definitely use Monarch for any future painting projects I had. Highly recommend.

Juan was oh so patient with my indecisiveness as well as helpful in sharing his knowledge in paint which ultimately helped me make the best decision in paint color when it came to my cabinets and interior walls.
