Monarch Trophy & Awards

I have been going to Laurie with Monarch Trophy Studio for about 5 years now. I help run two golf tournaments a year at my work. She has always taken care of us with 5 star customer service. She's courteous, prompt, thorough and the prices cannot be beat. She makes sure I'm 100% happy with my selections before I leave the studio. Laurie has earned my business for at least 5 more years. AWESOME STUDIO! As soon as you walk in you're greeted by almost EVERYONE in the building, their showroom is immaculate and they have everything displayed so you can browse! I got to work with Destinie, she's the BOMB and she took her time and showed me all of the different wood, and plaques I could choose from for what I wanted! She was very diligent about communication and worked with me until we made the perfect memorial plaque for my dad : It came out beautiful and was exactly what I wanted!! Destinie is AWESOME !!! If you're looking to have what seems like EVERYTHING made, go to Monarch!!! Love this place !

Best place in Town for all your trophy and awards needs! Absolutely huge selection of sporting awards and trophies, business accomplishments and pretty much anything else one can think of. We've had several Yeti Tumblers engaved here and they do a fantastic job!

These guys take care of all of my graphics needs. They have also started making face masks with your company logos that are out of this world. My clients and home owners love them. They are a cheap way to show appreciation if you are a business owner, as well as practical and CDC compliant. They have always gone out of their way to go above and beyond and produce Top quality products every time. A special shout out to Stephen B. He has always been my contact and keeps me informed. He provides creative suggestions that are very valuable. Top notch Team.

So-so experience here. This was the first time giving Monarch a try and will be my past. Didn't feel comfortable with my initial interaction with designer but decided to go ahead with order. Didn't feel very good about level of communication, feedback, follow up, etc. Certainly wasn't horrible but wasn't great either. With plenty of other companies available, will use a different company moving forward.
