It’s rare that as a Realtor I feel inspired to leave a review for someone I work with, but I’ve never been so impressed by the mountains that an agent moved to get a transaction to close. Monica wrote a compelling offer for her client, showed extremely technical knowledge about working with VA Loans, and overcame some large obstacles to protect her clients funds and meet the closing timeline. I cannot say what a delight she was to work with as another agent. Highly recommend!

Our home spent zero days on the market with Monica as our realtor. Our home went under contract, for asking price, the week before the scheduled open house. Monica made the home sale process easy because she knows the NOVA market, how to stage a home, and advertise. Monica Gibson is an incredible realtor. If it was not for her we would not have a cute home today, more so in today’s market. She was quick at negotiating and coming up with different strategies for us to be able to buy a home. We were living abroad and the time difference was a challenge but she was always available.
