Sharon is the best real estate agent I’ve ever dealt with. And I’ve bought and sold 5 homes. She listens, she asks the right questions, and she provides all the right info at the right time. We were having a hard time contacting the sellers of the property we wanted and Sharon managed to do it and make it look easy. Although this was an easy sale/purchase, she didn’t take anything for granted. She did her homework and showed us comps just like she did when we were buying our housewhich, by the way, was actually the very first house she showed us, because she got to know us and really understood what we were looking for and provided us with literally everything we needed to feel confident in our decision. If I ever need a real estate agent again, I’m only making one call. To her and no one else.

She is so knowledgeable about the area and went out of her way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. My experience with Coldwell Banker Legacy was wonderful. I was in San Diego, CA looking to move to New Mexico. Liz Montoya handled my unique situation with a positive attitude. Since this was my first time buying a house, her professionalism made me trust in her. House hunting and buying a house is stressful when you are not in the same location.
