Had a great initial experience trying on dresses. Thought about it and knew I found the one and came back to get in a few weeks later. Mona is incredible, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I loved my experience with her! We ordered the dress and our now waiting for it to come in to do alterations there.

Had the absolute best experience choosing my wedding gown. I was attended by Mona, and since the very moment I met her I was impressed by the way she took care of me and made me feel like a princess. If it wasn’t for her I would not have chosen the dress of my dreams. She actually chose it for me apart for the ones I wanted to try on and she told me “you have to try this on” the moment I tried it I knew it was THE ONE! Thank you Mona and all of the Monique Lhullier team for being part of the most important day of my life!

My sons fiancé went to the Manhattan store for an appointment to try bridal gowns and they were rude. Customer service for an upscale store like this should be much better. Sample dresses were filthy and stained under the armpits. Enough said!

Dresses are gorgeous. Service was awful. My appointment started late and my consultant Mona was terrible. She made me pull all the dresses myself and then left 10 minutes in to help someone else and she never came back so I was left half undressed standing outside the dressing room….thank god for Ricky who helped me try on the rest of the dresses

I have loved ML wedding dresses for years and was so excited for my appointment. But I was so let down. The staff paid almost no attention to us, the appointment started late, they don't help you into the dresses so you have to walk out of the dressing room partially undressed in front of people, and they only let you try on SIX dresses!? As if you already know what you want and what will work just by looking at dresses on models online and looking at dresses hanging limp on a rack. The dressing rooms could have been in a departments store at any mall. The associate Mona really wasn't engaged either. She had no care for my experience and was so flippant about it all. Disappointing process.

Although the dresses are beautiful, the staff is lacking. If it wasn’t for the love of my daughter I would have spent the insane amount of $11,000 somewhere else. Perhaps other designers would have treated us better. We had the dress and vail shipped! They nerve of this establishment to charge for the ups shipping. They should be ashamed of themselves! You are always made to wait outside in the street. The staff ignores you when you are standing at the door. They are very cold and although the exorbitant amount of money you spend they treat you as if they are superior. As if they are doing us a favor. It is embarrassing for an establishment and a designer of such magnitude to charge for UPS.

Even though I didn't end up with "the one" from this store, my bridal consultant Kristen was amazing to work with! After telling her the style I was going for she pulled an amazing selection and I never felt rushed. All of the dresses are beautiful and you can tell that the fabrics and construction of the dresses are all top notch. Really recommend checking this boutique out and working with Kristen!

I regret buying my dress from here and won’t recommend it to anyone. The service here is disorganized and completely lacking. For the cost that you’d spend here they should treat their brides better. The presentation of their dresses is awful as well. Imagine spending 10k for your wedding dress and it arrives in a large UPS box folded up on a plastic hanger. Unbelievable. Not to mention the multiple times you’ll have to follow up with your rep to even find out if your dress is coming. And as someone mentioned before - They charge you for this!! Approximately 200$ in my case, which I can guarantee was not at cost. If you’re going to charge that much, it’s be wonderful if there was actually something special about how it’s sent. I receive better packaging on my online orders from Saks. The staff is also very cold - when making the final payment for my dress they tried to overcharge me, and when my card wouldn’t authorize for that amount the “manager” stepped in and tried to blame me. When I pointed out that the amount was incorrect which was causing the issue there was zero apology. Let me also mention - if you’re not a size 0 this store basically has nothing for you to actually try on. My rep Mona even made a comment comparing me to another bride near by. Something I hadn’t even thought about. If I wasn’t in love with this designer I’d have never gone through with my purchase. And even then I should have just gone to a third party retailer.

I went to Monique Lhuillier for a bridal appointment back in July. Despite the pandemic, the staff a tall lady was very cold and unwelcoming. I came slightly early for my appointment and they told me to wait. The awkwardness level was high. Once the appointment starts, I have felt that with the budget I have, it was almost the wrong place to be. The whole bridal appointment was okay. But somehow I felt very uncomfortable throughout the whole appointment. Oh, there was another bride with bigger budget and I can feel how different I was treated. Definitely a terrible place to shop for wedding dress, unless you're really in love with her designs. I would give it a 0 star if I would.

I bought my wedding gown and love it. If you can choose The Sales person, dont choose Frank. He was too full of himself. I first thought it was a cultural thing, but days after I have another experience in Monique with a friend, and was way better. So, the dresses are amazing, the fitting went perfectly. The only downside is Frank. If you have another Sales person you should be great.
