Monmouth Health Foods is one of those undiscovered gems. The owner Jeff Stallop is not only incredibly knowledgeable about vitamins, minerals and all health related products but he is truly caring for his customers and spends time with them to make sure he matches the right products with each customer. In this day and age of smart phones and instant everything it is refreshing to know that there is a place to go to get face-to-face information from an experienced owner (and staff).

It is very refreshing to shop in Monmouth Health Food Store in Manasquan. Jeff Stallop, the owner, is a pillar full of knowledge! Any and all questions about the body and natural remedies, Jeff is your guy! The staff are always welcoming and kind, and offer their expertise as well.
