Monroe Medical Supplies Inc

I have been buying equipment at Monroe Medical for over 20 years. They are extremely knowledgeable and caring. They are always well stocked so I can take home whatever I need that day. I can’t say enough for their employees who have been there as long as I can remember. This should be your first place to go when you need anything medical.

my _only_ problem is the location. i just about got rear-ended on my first visit. now that i know where it is, i frequently stop to get adjustments for my wife's walker. we'll be back to look at scooters. and the staff is _always_ helpful and customer oriented. i have no relation with the store other than as a walk-in customer.

I would give zero stars if it's an option. My scooter broke down after using it for three weeks. I called the company, and the woman who picked up the call was very rude. They also delivered an uncharged scooter to me, so when I tried to drive it, it stopped right away. The employees of this company are very rude and unprofessional.

Inadvertently dialed this number and the woman on the other end was very rude. If she isn't happy with her JOB she should get out of customer service!

Called to make an inquiry, was given incorrect information from an unfriendly person. Wouldn't shop here based on that alone.
