The whole staff at Montana Medical is wonderful, kind, inviting and well educated. Char is absolutely amazing at what she does. She listens to what I am looking for and gives a great consultation. I prefer a more conservative look-and she couldn’t do a better job. Joelle has done treatments as well. She makes me feel so comfortable and safe. I had great results that have lasted incredibly well. From the second you call in until you walk out the door they are on top of their game. I have referred quite a few people there and they all speak so highly of the services they have received and continue to go back as well. I just tried the new MMAC skincare line that they released. For once I am excited to do my skincare routine because of the results I have seen so quickly. Thank all of you ladies for your great work and taking care of us.
Montana Medical Aesthetics is by far the best facility of its kind in Billings. They provide excellent customer service in a professional, kind & caring environment. The staff is amazing! My experiences have been excellent. I was dealing with TMJ issues and horrible migraines. My first appointment was for educational purposes so I could make the best choice for me personally. Char took the time to explain the procedure and answer all of my questions. It was truly a life-changer! The procedure was painless and No Migraines and No More Pain from teeth grinding! Billings is lucky to have this team!
Wonderful experience. My facial was a gift. The facial included cleansing, exfoliation, a mask & moisturizing. It also included a massage of neck, shoulders, arms, wrists and hands. I highly recommend Montana Medical Aesthetics Clinic. You won't be disappointed.
I don't know where to begin. I had been suffering with TMJ issues for several years. The migraines we're getting unbearable. I spoke with Char to ask if there was any treatment available. She explained the procedure I would need to alleviate the pain. I had so many questions and she patiently answered. It was an easy procedure with very little pain. And...I consider it a miracle! It's been two years and I'm pain free! Montana Medical is the best!!!
Have went a couple times for botox on my forehead..pleased before, but the last time, u had a NP that said if it wasn't ok. Call back and she would take care of me. Never had an issue, I was confident., but nothing really changed. Went back after 2 weeks, she admitted it looked the same, gave me more, which helped, bur charged full price for what she gave? Just saying I have had most girls here charge the same price .for a
I cannot say how happy I am with the services I received. Not only do I look 10 years younger haha, but the staff is exceptional & Char is literally the best in the whole word. Personally & professionally I cannot give her enough credit.
It is OK, from a services point of view. I have been to better in Bozeman and even at shiloh center. The empathy and client relations is not great. This applies only to the NP that worked with me, i have little experience with anyone else. I was on time to my appointment but then got a call from my son who has autism. It took 5 minutes and after that she was not kind, i said anything wrong, she said i was late. I said i was on time, she said the phone call, i said my son has autism and i had to take it. She just didn’t care. To be honest her bedside manner has always been unfriendly. There are lots of alternatives that are much friendlier with better results. Your mileage may vary, other staff may be awesome IDK.
I have been going to MMA for rosacea treatments for several years. I’ve been very pleased with the treatments as well as products purchased to use at home. The staff is very professional and friendly. The building is exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. I would recommend them without hesitation. PS: My rosacea is so much better now. I can even go without my usual powder makeup if I want.
